Today I’m combining the (paid) weekly Nourishing Practice with an extra journaling practice to help you to take action this April.
You may have noticed a lot of heaviness coming to the surface in the last few weeks. Old wounds and deep pain are surfacing and too-real world problems are hitting way too close to home. (This is me 100% rn)
There’s a lot of big-action April energy and it can be tough to get clear and focus on next steps when your emotions are swirling you can’t seem to cut through the fog of grief.
If you can fully process and honor the end of one thing you can compost that energy and use it to fertilize something new.
On the other hand, if the fog you’re experiencing makes it tough to even define what you want… creating a strategy or plan of action can feel impossible. In this case, starting with what you don’t want can get the juices flowing and help you start to vision what you want instead. As a bonus, when you get that list going of things you don’t want, I bet you’ll discover a few more items to add to your compost pile.
The refreshing magic of spring cleaning to move energy and spark something new extends to your internal experience as well. Figuring out what you don’t want and removing it is like a closet edit, making space for lovely new items for the next season. Saying goodbye is like taking out the trash.
In the recording above, you’ll find two journaling prompts to help you through both processes.
FYI, there’s no paid content below… I gave you full access to the Nourishing Practice this week. 💞
